Dear SLA community,

I’m writing today with the sad news that Mr. Watterson’s brother passed away unexpectedly on Friday evening. Mr. Watterson is with his family now and will likely be off campus for several days. We ask that you hold his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult moment, and we will share further information if necessary.

It is often during times when we have cause to mourn that I am most grateful to be a part of the community we have at SLA. As always, I am available to students and families for pastoral support.
